If your matter concerns legal services, these are provided by the law firm kohút & partners, s.r.o., Reg. No 47 235 888, registered office Námestie SNP 74/28, 960 01 Zvolen. In that case we forward your message to the firm, which acts as a separate controller when providing legal services.

What data we process

• Contact form: full name, e-mail, phone, your position in the proceedings and the content of your message.
• Enquiry source: the address of the page from which you sent the form and the website language.
• Communication with us: the content of e-mails and phone calls.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type to the extent necessary to operate the website.

• Replying to your enquiry and arranging a consultation — pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest.

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. To run our services we use trusted processors that process data solely on our instructions — website hosting (Vercel Inc.), delivery of contact-form messages (Web3Forms) and our e-mail provider.

Retention

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the given purpose, or for the period required by law (e.g. accounting and tax records). After that, we delete it securely.
